All this Black Girl Magic is just… MAGICAL!

Fresh off the heels of her historic victory, leading Louisiana State University in the 2023 NCAA Women’s Basketball Championship, Angel Reese is making waves in beauty and beyond. The team’s Most Outstanding Player is now the face of Mielle organics, black founded hair care brand.

The LSU Forward has been taking women’s basketball by storm with her glamorous style, confidence and boldness on and off the court. Reese, who set the NCAA single-season record in double-doubles and the SEC single-season record, boasts the most NIL deals in college basketball history. From breaking records to setting trends, the glow up has been inspiring to watch.

In an effort to ‘bridge the gap between sports & beauty, Mielle Organics will feature the star athlete in upcoming campaigns to include social media and in-person events. The hair care brand plans to curate an exclusive product bundle of some of Reese’ favs set for retail later this Summer.

In a press release, Founder and CEO of Mielle, Monique Rodriquez said “Angel is a rising star with bold beauty, confidence, strength and must-have edges who uses and genuinely loves Mielle products. Angel’s fun personality and ability to connect authentically with her fans make her a perfect addition to the Mielle family. She is THAT girl, and we are so thrilled to have her as our newest ambassador.”

and acknowledge us as beauty influencers” ~Angel Reese

Mielle Organics product line is popular for its ability to seriously lay edges, hydrate curls and cater to natural hair health among Black women. After publicly showing interest in partnering with the brand, the Bayou Barbie will join its notable line up of global ambassadors that include Megan Thee Stallion and Saweetie.

While the deal makes her 1st collaboration with a beauty line, Angel can also be spotted sprinkling her girl glitter everywhere from magazines to commercials and music videos. Her recent Sports Illustrated debut makes history as 1 of only 2 college athletes feature in the swimsuit issue. An NIL deal scored her an appearence in the latest Starry commercial. And if you caught last week’s drop from Latto & Cardi B., you probably spotted the Bayou Barbie in the visual for "Put It On Da Floor Again".

She’s a Legend, an Icon in the making. She’s the one.

This Queen is just warming up. Keep Winning!
